Yes I’m laughing …
I was going to head down to The Yucatan a few days ago to work on a photography project that I had made up for myself. I decided not to go because I thought it would be just too hot to get any work done. It was going up to 101, and above, for the time I would be there.
Anyone who lives in the Bay Area or is visiting here this week is probably already laughing.
It’s been 100 here two days in a row.

This is, of course, the essence of karma. What you do in the moment only creates a result when the karma you’ve created ripens. What you experience in the moment is past karma ripening. So if you have the karma to experience a hot day, you will experience a hot day, whether you are in Mexico or Alaska.
It’s kind of helpful for the purposes of planning trips, actually…
